[SOLVED] CbSubs plugins installation problem was created by liaskas
Hello
We are using CB and CbSubs for years without any problem. Now we have a situation that we have never had before and we want to ask if it is only our system problem or if it is something wrong with the plugins installation procedure.

Here is the case...

Creating a new version of an existing website in a directory named "new" under the public_html of the existing site. So it is here... https://domain/new

Joomla installation went fine, CB and CB plugins installation went fine, installed CbSubs ok and now it is time to install the CbSubs plugins. No way!!!

For example...
Trying to install "CBSubs Plan Image"
We follow the normal procedure (Community Builder: New Install CB Plugin) but instead of installing just the "CBSubs Plan Image", it tries to install all the plugins and the result is not installin anything...

This is the page we get after the "CBSubs Plan Image" installation test:
 

This happens with every plugin we try to install!

Can you please help?

Joomla 3? Joomla 4? Are you trying to install directly from Install from Web or did you download the package from our downloads page? Seams to be working fine for me.

Joomla! 4.2.2 Stable

Are you trying to install directly from Install from Web or did you download the package from our downloads page?

Tried both ways but the result is the same! The main problem is that when we select to install one extension, it tries to install all. No logic at all with this behaviour.

Issue is solved!
It was caused by mod-evasive apache module (i do not know exactly why)
Disabled mod-evasive on the server and the installation went ok.
