Hello

We are dealing with a situation that we need some help to resolve

In the activity stream of our site, we need to add an extra field value so that it will becomee like this...

profile.[user_id].[cb_type_of_company] (where type of company is a poster's custom field).

So we created a menu item,
Menu Item Type -> Plugin
Plugin -> CB Activity
Action -> Recent activity

Then in the Activity tab (Asset) we entered profile.[user_id].[cb_type_of_company]

Unfortunately in backend activity list we only see profile.[user_id] when a new activity is added.

Can you please advise what we are missing or doing wrong?

Replied by krileon on topic Activity question

Action -> Recent activity

You can't override the asset for recent activity. You'll need to set Action to Activity then you can set the asset to whatever you want. You'll probably need to set Asset to the following to have it display like recent activity while storing to your custom asset.

profile.[user_id].[cb_type_of_company],all
