Exclude the prefixed _ that's not necessary anymore. You also shouldn't need double underscore anymore either as the substitution format was improved. The below format should work.
FIELDGROUPNAME_ROWNUMBER_FIELDNAME
Field Group: cb_jobs
Row Number: 0 (first row)
Field Name: cb_title
Results: [cb_jobs_0_cb_title]
However all of the following should work due to the backwards compatibility
