JInstaller: :Install: Can't find XML setup file. An error has occurred. 0 Class was created by nettop

I'm on J4 trying to update my version of Community Builder to the latest release, but get this error when trying to do the install..any suggestions? I've tried downloading CB and running it from the installer as well as the update from CB. I'm logged in at CB. Thanks, Tim

0 Class "ZipArchive" not found

Please contact your host. They do not have zip compiled with PHP. ZipArchive is required to handle zip files. Provide your host the following if they're unsure how to enable zip.
