Please try to avoid replying to topics older than a year. Development is quite rapid here so information can become invalid and pushing that to the top of search results hinders users finding valid information. Simply create a new topic and reference the old if you feel it's still relevant.
As for your issue. We've moved those parameters into our new layout system that lets you more deeply customize profile view, profile edit, and registration layouts. You'll find those parameters within CBs template plugin in CB > Plugin Management. See the below blog post about this new feature for further details.
