For example, now we see that it does not apply the same font as on the rest of the website, as if it did not use the styles of our Joomla theme...
You can use CB Template Changer plugin to generate a custom theme for CB. It will let you easily adjust all the colors and font styles. If however all you need is to apply some custom CSS rules to CB you can do that using the built in CSS overrides feature shown below.
