Open userlist with user_id

In some cases we need to open a userlist showing only one user, knowing the user_id. I didn't find how to filter the list by user_id.
Is it possible to open a userlist with some parameter in the url, like /searching?user_id=

No, it won't accept any search criteria that isn't specified in the field and there isn't a field for searching by user id. I would recommend just linking to that users profile instead of the userlist. If you allow search by name or username fields then it is possible, but you'll need to provide their name or username as search criteria in the URL (e.g. &name=NAME_HERE).
