Upgrade MySQL to v8

I saw the notice that the next stable release of CB will require MySQL v8.
I am hosted on SiteGround shared server (as I imagine a lot of others are), and I do not have a way to change the MySQL version. I confirmed this with SiteGround support, who said that they were working on a way to do it (no time frame).

We're not going to enforce the MySQL 8 requirement anytime soon so you're fine and have plenty of time. We updated the notice because that's the minimum version required for Joomla 5 and we try to keep up with Joomla requirements. We just wanted to let everyone know in advance so they can prepare for in the future CB requiring minimum MySQL 8.

Realistically we won't change the requirements until CB 3.x unless we absolutely have to in order to support Joomla 5. We also hope to keep Joomla 3 support until Joomla 6 giving everyone basically another full year to at least move up to Joomla 4, but we'll see what that means for CB 3.x since that will be our main focus next year.
