Ok, I have installed and published CB Privacy but I don't see any options to delete or disable on individual profiles. I have looked at all the settings and adjusted some but still no delete or disable functionality.

You need to enable those fields in CB > Field Management. They're not enabled by default. CB Moderators can't disable or delete themselves so you won't see those fields on your own profile.
