Make a copy of your Joomla 3 install. Update CB and all your plugins. Upgrade Joomla 3 to Joomla 4. Now you can just directly copy Joomla and user tables to a new install
All tables prefixed with either of the following belong to CB.
_comprofiler
_groupjive
_cbsubs
As for Joomla user tables the relevant tables would be the following.
The following are also relevant to ensure they still retain their usergroups.
