My community profile shows this tabs at the beginning of the activity tab page after the Upgrade to Joomla 4.4:

Do you know why is this happening and how to fix it show they show together?
It looks like those tabs are just in the wrong tab positions. Joomla upgrade shouldn't have anything to do with that. Edit those tabs in CB > Tab Management and adjust them to the following.
Position: Canvas Main Middle
Display Type: Tab Menu (or Nested Tab Menu if you want it under the 3 dots dropdown)
Looks like your "User Profile Page Title" tab also isn't in a canvas position. Edit it within CB > Tab Management and adjust it as follows.
Position: Canvas Title
Display Type: Div without Title
