I want to add users to a newsletter with an auto action upon OnCPayUserStateChange - but they should only be added when the state is changed to suscribed to the members plane - how do I set this condition in the auto action - I believe i must use Value -.but which custom value to test against ?
You should be able to just use the CBSubs AcyMailing integration for that. If you still want to use CB Auto Actions you can use the below to run behavior on subscription activation and deactivation.

Replace PLAN_ID_HERE with the plan id of the plan you want to act on or remove the condition to act on all plans.
