Hi,
I would like to create a default value for field "Alias" (Your profile URL) using substitution and for instance field(s) "first-name" or/and "last_name". But don't know how to proceed.
Any idea ?

You'll need to use CB Auto Actions to set a default into the alias field. Best way to do this is at time of registration using a Field action. Example as follows.
Global
Triggers: onAfterUserRegistration
Type: Field
User: Automatic
Access: Everybody Action
Field: Profile URL (alias)
Operator: Set
Value: [firstname]
First name isn't unique though so if someone already has that alias it won't set it.
