Thank you for the clarification.
This is the code I end up with. But, when I use this Search Module it only brings me to the Members List.
What am I doing wrong?
Your form isn't searching anything. Please read my example carefully where it's searching the Name field. Sorry, we do not provide coding assistance outside of Business memberships and have already provided a simple example. If you need further coding help consider a Business membership or consulting with a freelancer to write the HTML for you.

I believe I followed your instructions precisely. I guess I use a different language, sorry for my ignorance.
Is this correct?
input name="listid" type="hidden" value="5"
If your userlist has an id of 5 yes that's correct, but you need to include an input that actually searches something. Example as follows would search the Name field of the userlist with an ID of 5.
Notice the name text input. This is what's causing it to search the name field.
Code:
<input type="text" name="name" value="" />
Sorry, there's nothing more I can suggest. This is a fully working and tested working example. I cannot help you any further with custom coding needs.
