CBSubs - users with auto recurring still being charged after deletion of subscr.

Users who have had their subscription deleted on their profile are still being charged through the auto-recurring payment the oribinally setup - how to avoid this ??

How did you delete a users subscription? Deleting it from backend doesn't notify the processors. That's purely a data deletion and is strictly why we advice against deleting subscriptions. Cancellations should be done from frontend. For subscriptions you've already deleted you'll have to cancel the recurring payments in the payment processor.

But I need to be able to cancel the recurring payment with an Auto action - the Admin sets the users profile to deactivated (a user group), and then the recurring has to stop.

Then I suggest you don't use recurring payments. They require direct communication with payment processors. CB Auto Actions CB Paid Subscriptions action type is direct manipulation of subscriptions and bypasses all of that.

I assume you're using CB Auto Actions to delete the subscription, but believe you can workaround this by first cancelling it then deleting it. That should cancel out the recurring behavior in the basket. Will also improve the CB Paid Subscriptions auto action to trigger cancellation before deletion if the subscription is a recurring one.
