Hello,

We have a 4.4.2 Joomla! website using the latest version of Community Builder (2.9.1+build.2024.01.30.18.04.53.11a7bf7df) and we would like to know if it was possible to make only (we mean not applying it to the whole content of the pages of the website) the frontend blocks of Community Builder.

Let us explicit what we mean: on a page with Community Builder content this Community Builder content (what we previously meant by blocks in this post) looks very austere, stark, dour. So, we were wondering if it was possible to apply a different template or graphic kit to these Community Builder blocks keeping the template we use for the rest of the content of the pages.

Regards,

CBs template is entirely customizable. Either though creating your own CB template or using layout functionality. The below post goes into detail regarding the new layout functionality.

There's a custom option for supplying your own HTML entirely as well. Additionally CB Template Changer has a Template Builder feature, which lets you easily customize the colors of CB to generate a custom template.

Hello and thank you for your reply,

These functionnalities look great. But we were wondering if it was possible to upload another Joomla! template that the one we use for our website and which has specific Community Builder graphic development and then, apply it to the pages where Community Builder content is displayed and only to this Community Builder content (blocks?)?

You want your Joomla template to style CB? If it's a Bootstrap 4 template then yes that's possible by simply turning CBs Bootstrap off in CB > Configuration > Integrations otherwise no. You can restyle CBs Bootstrap 4 to match your Joomla template using CB Template Changer and its Template Builder though. Aside from that I don't understand what you're asking. CB doesn't have content "blocks" so I'm not sure what you mean by that.
