Thank you for letting us know. Yes this is the right place. It's just a deprecation notice and you can safely ignore it. We'll fix it in the next release of CB ProfileBook.

When updating my profile, same setup as above
CB Progress Field one should already be fixed in latest CB Progress Field build release.
