Not receiving Confirmation Emails was created by 100mile
Hello,   When a new member signs up they are not getting their confirmation email.  
The following is all that they receive.
YOUR_REGISTRATION_IS_PENDING_APPROVAL_MESSAGE
Check your Junk or Spam inbox also.

There is nothing in the Junk or Spam inbox

Try sending an email to a test account using the mass mailer feature in CB > User Management to ensure outbound emails are working. If there is no errors then the email is being sent, but your mail server is failing to deliver it.

I tried sending to three emails,  
I received the following,
Could not send email to 3 of 3 users out of 3 emails to send

Then my guess is you have your mailer settings configured incorrectly. Review your Joomla configuration and adjust your settings as needed. CB doesn't have its own mailer anymore. We just call Joomla's API to send emails.

Joomla mailer settings are configured in System > Setup > Global Configuration > Server under the "Mail" section. What you need to configure there depends entirely on the server that's hosting your website. Typically "PHP Mailer" (default) should be sufficient, but some servers require you to configure SMTP.
