We would like to ask users to include their personal document id in CB registration and make it unique, so there will be an account per user, can you help us? how can that be done?
You should be able to just use a File fieldtype for that. I'm not sure what you mean by make it unique. Fields are tied to profiles and profiles are already unique.

We want to use this document id to identify the account rather than email, as a person can have multiple emails, but only one document id, is this possible?
I've no idea what document id is. Can you be more specific? Is it just an id you give to them externally? So for example: 12345678. If that's the case yes that's doable, but Joomla itself still requires an email address so they will still have to provide one.

it's the identification official code for Spain called DNI. We will use email as well, but we need to restrict the account to a unique value for this DNI code.
