Ok, I've processed the Profile Activity and it works fine (before this I've only did it on le Recent Activity).

Strange, are they valid CB Activity hashtags? They should be clickable links. Just having a post contain #words isn't technically a hashtag unless it was processed. Below is an example of it working fine.

 

None clickable links. Maybe there's a trigger that enables hashtags.
 

That's not a hashtag then as that's just text (Search by Post can find that though). When you start typing a hashtag an insert box will appear to insert the hashtag. More specifically it will look like the following.

 

This will be improved in a future release to not require selecting it from the insert box and will auto insert after pressing space.

I wonder why it doesn't work for me. I tried on both Chrome and Edge, with two different regstered users...

Do you have hashtags enabled for that stream? If so it should just be a matter of typing # followed by your hashtag and a popup will appear for you to select the hashtag. If they're not enabled you'll need to enable them within your stream.
