Can't create a new user in frontend (can't sign up)

Hello!
When I try to sign up as a new user, in the login form, I get this error message:

Your registration attempt has been blocked. Reason: Already registered.

Of course I tried several times, with different options (user, name, email, etc were not existing).
What could this be?

You've duplicate registration protection enabled in CB AntiSpam. Within CB AntiSpam > Parameters > Registration > Duplicates you can turn this off. I assume you used CB Quickstart? CB Quickstart enables this by default as it has high security options enabled out of the box.
