Is it somehow possible to set the password reset to Yes automatically if i create a new user in the backend?

When you create the user just set the "Reset Password" field to "Yes". You don't have to do it as a second step after creating them as it can be done at time of creation. There's no functionality for defaulting it to "Yes" for new users.
