Enable debug mode and maximum error reporting in Joomla global configuration then retry and provide the full error callstack. We don't call isSite() anywhere in our code as that's a deprecated and removed Joomla API function. My guess is you've an older CB plugin or Joomla user plugin installed erroring.

There shouldn't be a file output, but just more to the error message you're already seeing when editing a profile. Copy and paste the full error message into a reply here so we can better see where the error is coming from.

That function call doesn't exist in the CB Forums plugin. My guess is you've an out of date Kunena version and when CB Forums loads Kunena you get that error.
