An error message : Field 'pluriel' doesn't have a default value
This field doesnt exist on CB field but on Acymailing fields
I set a default value in the Acymailing filed , no way !

That looks like an SQL error. Seams the table where that field is stored doesn't have a default value set and a value isn't being set during storage thus the error. As it doesn't begin with cb_ it's not coming from CB as a custom field in CB > Field Management and isn't a core CB field. So you've either a 3rd party field that wasn't created properly or you've an integration acting on Joomla or CB user storage not doing so correctly.

Since you've determined it's from AcyMailing and unpublishing it doesn't resolve the issue my guess is they added a database column to _comprofiler or _users incorrectly. Within your database review the _comprofiler table and see if there's a column named "pluriel". If there is try deleting it and re-installing your AcyMailing integration or contacting AcyMailing support regarding your issue.
