Delete user account after 2 years if no active sub

Can I do this with Auto Actions and if so, how?

Rules:

Expired subscription more than 2 years ago.
Remove user account completely.

Yes, it's possible to automatically delete user, but I don't recommend automating deletions as there's a risk you could delete someone that shouldn't be deleted. The easiest way to do what you're wanting is simply filter CB > User Management every now and again and delete them manually. Doing this once a year is probably more than enough.

If you still want to automate this then the best way is to use the Batch feature to run an auto action against a large amount of users. You can then schedule that batch to run via CRON regularly to entirely automate the process. This however may not be necessary depending on how many users you expect to delete. Do you have a rough idea of how many would need to be deleted like this?

Probably no more than a handful of users (out of 150 currently) will need deleting. Ideally none.

I like the manual deletion idea as it has less propensity to go wrong.

Ok, in that case I'd personally just manually delete them every year or so. If you still want this automated in the future simply let us know and can provide CB Auto Actions instructions on how to do this as there's a few ways.
