Hi,
I have one user that has reset his password 10 times and now he wants to reset it again, but is not allowed to. There is an error message:You have exceeded the maximum number of password resets allowed. Please try again in 1 hour.
Since this seems to be a CB error message, I think it might be some CB setting, but I can't figure out, how to reset the "password reset count" for a user.

I assume you mean using the forgot login feature? CB now defaults to using Joomla's forgot login for this. The reset limit for it is configured in Users > Options > Password Options. Default is 10 times per 1 hour.
