Hello,

Since we updated our Joomla! 5.2.5 website running the latest Community Builder version (2.10.0+build.2025.02.10.18.59.11.b0d14120b) to Kunena 6.4.1 version, when we try to get access to a user details in the backend of Community Builder we get this error message:

"Une erreur est survenue i]An error has occurred[/i
0 Call to undefined method Kunena\Forum\Libraries\User\KunenaUser::get()"

and so can not access to the user details.

Can you please help us to solve this problem?

Regards,

Looks like a possible Kunena API change. Will update to 6.4.1 manually as my Joomla install hasn't picked up that release. I'm currently on Kunena 6.3.10, which works fine so suggests breaking API change somewhere.

Ok, looks like Kunena violated semver and implemented a breaking API change in a minor release. I do not recommend anyone install Kunena 6.4 at this time. It will break all integrates with CB. They should've made that change in Kunena 7. Will be working on fixing this, but it may take a few days to get all the integrations fixed.

Ok, this is fixed in latest CB build release. A fix for CB GroupJive Forums has also been released. CB Activity remains compatible. Will review further integrations to ensure compatibility and make releases as necessary. Please update CB and confirm if now fixed for you.
