Only “Query Tag” available in CB Query Field (Professional Member, 6.2.3)

Hallo Joomlapolis-Team,

ich bin Professional-Mitglied (aktiv bis Juni 2025) und habe CB Query Field 6.2.3 über den offiziellen ZIP-Download von meinem Konto installiert.

Das Plugin ist erfolgreich installiert und aktiviert (siehe beigefügten Screenshot).  
Beim Erstellen eines neuen Felds wird mir jedoch nur der Typ „Query Tag“ angezeigt – keine der anderen Typen wie „Query Table“, „Query Dropdown“ oder „Query Radio Buttons“ sind verfügbar.

Ich habe bereits:
– das Plugin neu installiert
– den Joomla-Cache geleert
– bestätigt, dass das Plugin im CB Plugin Management aktiv ist.

Könnten Sie bitte überprüfen, ob in meinem Download-Paket Komponenten fehlen oder ob etwas erneut aktiviert werden muss?

Hello Joomlapolis team,

I'm a Professional member (active until June 2025) and I've installed CB Query Field 6.2.3 via the official ZIP download from my account.

The plugin is successfully installed and activated (see attached screenshot).
However, when creating a new field, I only see the "Query Tag" type – none of the other types, such as "Query Table," "Query Dropdown," or "Query Radio Buttons," are available.

I've already:
- reinstalled the plugin
- cleared the Joomla cache
- confirmed that the plugin is active in CB Plugin Management.

Could you please check if there are any missing components in my download package or if anything needs to be reactivated?

Support is only provided in English. Have translated your post for you using a translation tool, but I cannot guarantee accuracy. Will be replying to the contents of the translation.

Where are you looking for the field types to be available? CB Query Field adds field types to CB not Joomla. So they'll be available within CB > Field Management when creating a new field. You should see them in the Type dropdown there.

Hi Joomlapolis Support,I’ve now tried everything possible:
  • Reinstalled CB Query Field 6.2.3 more than 10 times (via ZIP and Site Key)
  • Deleted all plugin files manually via FTP (including the entire
    Code:
    plug_cbqueryfield
    folder)
  • Cleared Joomla and browser cache
  • Disabled and re-enabled the plugin
  • Confirmed the plugin is active and shown under Plugin Management
  • Cleared CB Tools and user field database inconsistencies
But I still only see "Query Tag" as field type – none of the others like "Query Dropdown", "Query Table" etc. are available.Please escalate this to your technical team. Something is wrong with the plugin or its installation script. I’m a paying Professional user and need this to work now.I can provide:
  • Super Admin access (on request via PM)
  • FTP access if needed

I am unable to confirm any issues with the plugin. I've no idea where you're looking though. Please see the below instructions.

1. First navigate to field management
  

2. Now click the "+ New" button
 

3. Select any of the "Query" types from the dropdown
 

It's not possible for CB field types to be missing from here. Please provide where you're looking so we can better help you.

Hi Kyle,

thanks for your reply.

As shown in your screenshot, I should see all Query field types – but I still only see “Query Tag”. I have checked everything thoroughly:

- Plugin installed via official CB download (ZIP, CB Pro)
- Installation success message shown
- Plugin folder `plug_cbqueryfield` exists in `/components/com_comprofiler/plugin/user/`
- All files like `cbqueryfield.php`, `cbqueryfield.xml`, and the subfolders (language, templates etc.) are present
- Cache cleared, plugin activated, site key entered

I also deleted the plugin folder manually and reinstalled it 3 times – same result.

**The field type dropdown only shows “Query Tag”. The other types (Dropdown, Table, etc.) are missing.**

Please advise what additional step might be missing – or if something is corrupted in my CB database / plugin registration.
