Only “Query Tag” available in CB Query Field (Professional Member, 6.2.3)

Have reviewed your install. All of the Query field types are there. Maybe the maintainer of the language plugin you're using translated the field types incorrectly and they're just not labelled properly? Try switching to English and see if they're displayed as expected. Below is your sites field type dropdown in English.
