Question on Family Plans

The new plugin looks interesting for us, as we've been managing this in a complicated way.
I configured it for testing, and I can't quite get it to do what we need, which is this.

We want to manage it completely on the backend. That is, an admin sets up the subscription and also the subscription sharing. 
I can't figure out the param settings to do this. Is it possible? Thanks.

It's not meant for admin management. It's meant to allow for a user themselves to share their subscription. I'm not sure there's a point to admin controlled sharing to be honest as the admin could just give those other users a subscription.
