That would cause any post created by anyone to send a notification to everyone. If that's your intention yes that's correct. As I understood you only wanted moderator posts to send notifications. For moderator only posts to send notifications you need to first turn that notification off then you'll be able to turn on the moderator notification.

You need to install the latest CB Activity build release first. It should already be available now. If you don't see the update in CB > Plugin Management > Install Plugin > Install From Web click the refresh button bottom right.
Once installed on that page you'll see 2 new notification options. 1 for system activity and 1 for moderator activity. You'll want to configure the moderator one to send a notification anytime a moderator makes a post.

So, I am logged into my account on Joomlapolis. YET The install from web doesnt work. That said.. I downloaded the version on your site, installed it, and it looks identical.
"Create (System)" and "Create (Moderator)" are in your screenshot. Those are the two new notifications. In your case you'll want to use "Create (Moderator)".
