Clean up (CB Activity plugin) was created by Proficookware
Hello,  when clicking the button to clean up old records in the CB Activity plugin, I receive a 404 Not Found error.
example.com/en/?option=com_comprofiler&view=pluginclass&plugin=cbactivity&action=cleanup&token=123456789&Itemid=364&format=raw

The website is multilingual.  Access to CB Activity is set to Public. Thank you in advance for your assistanc.

Should just be a blank page. What menu item has a menu id of 364 in Joomla? Its access maybe what is blocking you. Try removing &Itemid=364 from the URL and see if it's accessible.

Hello,  Thank you for your suggestion.
After unpublishng the menu item with ID 364, the cleanup function started working correctly, so this indeed resolved the 404 issue.
However, I originally intended to use this menu item for website administration purposes and would prefer to keep it for managing the site, without having to set it as Public.
Is there a way to allow the cleanup action to work while keeping this menu item restricted e.g. for administrators only?

Thank you for your advice. See Attached.

You should be able to just exclude Itemid entirely from the URL and ideally should work fine. Alternatively set Itemid to the CB profile menu item that has public access and that should also work. Then you can either bookmark the URL, have a CRON task run it regularly on whatever schedule you like, or setup something in CB Auto Actions and Joomla Task Scheduler to run it on whatever schedule you like.
