Hi , where can I change the text in "streamInput>data-placeholder="Einen Eintrag im Stream erstellen..." ? I searched in de-DE, but didn`t find anything.
Is ist possible to add into the empty form the owners avatar with substitutions as standard?

Not sure I understand what you mean. You mean the "What's on your mind?" text in CB Activity? It has no language key so it's translated using the string as the key. Example as follows.
Key: What's on your mind?
String: Have something to share?

Hi Kyle, ok, thanks, that works....but only with the english words as key.
I want to add the avatar of the user into the string with substitutions like shown in the attachement. But substitutions do not work there?
You can't add the avatar there. It only supports text.
