No, there's no support for conditional features like that in CB Activity. All you'd be able to do is require all posts to have a flair not just those with media. There's currently no plans to support something like that at this time. Can you better explain why you're needing to do this?

Thank you. I try to explain my need: The website focus on photography and users post photos in their own galleries or group galleries. It is of the prime importance that all photos can be retrieved (as a search result ) using either keyword or tag or flair... if possible in a list to avoid typo errors (i.e flairs landscape, animals, streetphoto....).
Currently, a user can post photo in an album without any key to ensure reliable future search. So, i am looking for the most convenient way to do this...
You'd have to make your stream require flair or require a hashtag for that, but every post will then require a flair or hashtag. There's no plans at this time for conditioning requiring those if media is being shared. Joomla smart search can search CB Activity (posts with messages only) and CB Gallery if you publish their respective smart search indexer plugins though so you could have site wide search of both available if you'd like.

Thank you for the answer. Hum, I understand it is only possible to assign flairs or hashtags to text boxes but not on media description (photos for my purpose).
In other words, I see in the plugin activity the possibility for "recent activity","profile activity","profile fileds" and "CB GroupJivesé but not for "CB Gallery"...
Am I wrong ?
CB Gallery doesn't have hashtags or flair so no you can't assign those from media descriptions. Hashtags are planned eventually for media descriptions though, but flair are not.
CB Gallery doesn't have a specific stream its activity is just posted on the Profile Activity stream. What a stream displays is entirely configured under the Filters tab. You can have a filter for example that just shows CB Gallery activity. An example of this is already setup on our demo site for you to take a look at if you like (click the Filter bar at the top then click Gallery button).
