This is probably a stupid config option I've changed but the green payment bar is now missing from a new plan I've set up. There are no "display:none" in the css as it appears for other plans.
I'm using a custom menu item layout with the fields in a table.
Is this an obvious fix?

What payment gateway are you using? I can't think of any situation where the payment button would just be entirely gone unless hidden by CSS or the buttons text is empty maybe.
