Subs not expiring was created by wintercorn
Sorry for the many queries.

Testing the new membership workflow I have reset some of the subs expiry date from 12 months to today and let it expire.

It doesn't actually change from Active to Expired though so the user profile shows Active and the expired email doesn't sent because it's waiting for a status of Expired.

The field doesn't change either.

Any idea why?

Expirations have to be triggered. How they're triggered is entirely dependent on what you've configured to trigger expirations in CBSubs > Settings > Global > Automation settings > Mass expiry settings section. I'm also unsure how you modified the subscription. You'd need to do that from CBSubs > Subscriptions by clicking the # under the ID column. From there you can adjust the expiration date. That should work.

There is a cron job but I've just noticed that there's 1 hour difference between timezones which I've now taken in to account. Several have just expired correctly.

Thanks
