I am trying to block the visualisation of some users, but they are still in the userlist.
This is what I need and what I do.
1 - front end. I can performe a search.
If the search is ok, I get a users list.
I do not have any link to the user detail page.
Everything ends up with the simple users list.
2 - I need to block, I need to hide some users, for example, for 6 months.
These users don't have to be displayed in the users list.
3 - with CB Antispam I block these users.
In the back end side, in the blocked users list. They are blocked. (I get the green check)
4 - always in the back-end, but in user management list, these user are not banned
but they are still enabled, confirmed, approved. I don't know if these options have someting to do with Cb Antispam.
5 - in the front end, if I performe a search, I can see the users I blocked via CB Antispam.
CB AntiSpam block just blocks their access. It does not block their account (Joomla block). Nothing is configured wrong and is working as expected. There is no option for timed account blocks as CB AntiSpam would have no means of reversing them (it has no idea why their Joomla account was blocked).
I've added a feature ticket to review implementing this, but I've no idea when as currently the Bootstrap 4 upgrade for CB and its plugins is my priority and no other projects will be worked on (besides critical bugs) until complete.
I know you asked for this in your below topic, but it wasn't clear you needed to block them via Joomla to block their visibility on your site entirely.
I don't really have a solution to suggest given new light of what you're needing. CBSubs could certainly do it, but that's an expensive approach to timed accounts. You could possibly combine CB Auto Actions with CB AntiSpam to Joomla block them, but you won't have a means of unblocking them.
