We installed 4.3.1+build.2020.05.06.14.47.31.ee41d1fb2 and have this error.
Trying to using CB Tools to fix the DB also get the same

Ok, found the issue: You probably have utf8mb4 charset in database, and in my tests I had utf8 (mb3)!

New CBSubs nigthly build fixing that is now released. Please confirm it works now for you :-)

Yep right we have utf8mb4
Everything is ok with the latest build thanks a lot :-)
