Page title should already be just the users formatname field value. Site name being added to it is probably the "Site Name in Page Titles" setting in Joomla global configuration under Site > SEO as CB itself doesn't add that. However yes you can set page title from CB Auto Actions as well simply use the "Page Title" method in the code action to set page titles.
