Really basic question - but totally stumped

I am installing uddeim 1.9 beta3 right now.
I am following the README file.
I need to install these 4 plugin/modules, but where do I find them? I must be missing something very obvious.

• plug_pms_uddeim
• plug_pms_uddeim_inbox
• mod_uddeim
• mod_uddeim_mailbox

Do I download them separately from somewhere? or do I have it ready to be published? Where are they?

Please use uddeIM 1.8 modules and plugins.

So they are in uddeIM 1.8 Binary package
