how to send a message to all users?

I don't know. But I could not find what I was looking for using the search functionality provided and after spending an hour or so on this site decided to post a question. Something I did wrong?

To repeat the sticky:

The FAQ is already on your harddisk, just check the README folder in the uddeIM package.

When you need the most current FAQ you can download it from joomlacode.org.

There is no other FAQ for uddeIM. What you have seen is the FAQ for Community Builder as we are guest on their support site.
