[Feature request] Only connected friends can send

Hi great staff!

We need a social security feature like facebook...:

There may be an option to do this, and if we enable that...

- A member can not send a pms to anyone if there is not any accepted friend (by uddeim or CB ) connection.

- Only connected (by uddeim or CB ) friends can send pms each other..

If that possible, many many people will be happy!!

Block registered users and allow connected users (blocking tab).

yes, now, at message compose screen, members can not see any users name in the list or combobox or ajax list...

But...:

still members can send pms to other members..
because, there are quick send box and send pms link in the profile page.
