uddeIM stores all language strings in language files which can be found in
/administrator/components/com_uddeim/language(.utf8)

Open english.php and translate all strings in your language. Save the file as "your language.php" ("your language" is the language name Joomla uses).

btw What is your native language?

That's correct. Search for the strings you want to translate, e.g. UDDEIM_INBOX.
