why dont integrate and use MySMS with Udde IM?
extensions.joomla.org/extensions/communication/phone-a-sms/3207

You can use it for many alerts features where Udde is the central point for using it.

This Function is one of the most wanted from my user

i would donate hardly if sms function added to UDDE IM B)
