prune messages

hi there,

pruning messages does not appear to work
(uddeIM 2.0 stable)

system tab - deletions invoked - admin only

no matter if I use the prune messages in system tab or invoke message erasing in maintenance tab while there is a message pruning done message displayed the respective trashed messages are still there

totrash = 1
totrashoutbox = 1

could you please advice what I'm overlooking?

Messages will be hold for a certain period of time in the trashcan. After this period has been exceeded the messages will be pruned.
