Uddeim Blank page on compose screen

Hi,
I have scanned through the FAQ and I can't find any reference to this issue so I am hoping you can help.

I am running Joomla, CB & Kunena.

Uddeim has been working perfectly through testing but out of nowhere when I hit 'Compose' I either get a 'Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage' or the compose screen but with no entry fields at all. (see attached image.)

I can still reply to messages in my inbox and I can still view messages in Outbox.

Can you offer any help please?

Maybe it is a problem with SEF links or the script dies before the main area has been displayed?

Please also check if all uddeIM files have been installed correctly. Maybe you can overwrite all files on your webserver with the files found in uddeIM package.

Is there any way to reset Uddeim to default settings? Maybe this is a good starting point?

Sure, delete config.class.php and uddeIM will create a new one. But this will not fix your problem since I don't think that it is not a problem with uddeIM.

This is all new groud to me so I am completely lost as to what you are talking about!

I think everything installed correctly as teh PM system was working perfectly, it just suddenly stopped showing the compose page.

Would uninstalling and reinstalling help?

I guess I could do a backup before uninstalling just in case it completely goes wrong.

It will not help to uninstall uddeIM since it is not a uddeIM problem.

When uddeIM worked correctly and suddenly has stopped working then maybe you have installed another component? Maybe a SEF component or a component that modifies the html output? In the FAQ there are several plugins mentioned (section "3rd party components") which may make troubles when not configured correctly.
