Notifier - no parameter options

I am attempting to follow the instructions to get the notifier working. I have enabled it, however next I need to edit the parameters, I cant for the life of me see where they are!? See the screen shot below, there are no parameters to edit. What am I doing wrong?

I am pretty sure that you have installed the module for Joomla 1.0/1.5 instead of 1.6+.
