Installation problem

Hi,
after a correct installation, when I try to go to component pannel, Appare this error:

Si è verificato un errore nel sito web durante il recupero di webtalkitalia.it/administrator/index.php?option=com_uddeim . Potrebbe non essere disponibile per manutenzione o essere configurato in modo errato.
Ecco qualche suggerimento:
Ricarica questa pagina web più tardi.
Errore HTTP 500 (Internal Server Error): Si è verificata una condizione imprevista durante il tentativo del server di soddisfare la richiesta.

I try to found a solution in faq... but I can't able.

joomla 1.7.3
php my admin 3.4.5
community builder installed

This problem is not uddeIM related. There are some hints in the FAQ how to solve error 500 problems but I cannot promise that they will solve them.

Thanks Slabbi, but this is the first time, all componets added works fine... Only uddeim present this problem... your faq talk about 500 error only in 1.2.2 capter...
No problem with cpu power, no directory missed during installation... I really don't know how to resolve this problem..

As I said before: uddeIM cannot be the reason for this error.

An error 500 may only appear when a server is misconfigured (in most cases it is a bug in the .htaccess file). It might be that the error is shown the first time since uddeIM requires something that is not configured correctly on your system (maybe the SEF).

Try to switch off SEF and I am pretty sure everything is fine.

Hi, I tried to change my htaccess.txt in .htaccess... then switch off SEF...
There is someting else that I can try?

First, please get familiar with SEF and .htaccess before using it.

SEF usually requires a valid .htaccess file.

You should also know if
# RewriteBase /
is required for your setup or not (this may also cause an error 500).
