Message Import and Documentation

Sorry if this is answered, but have looked a lot.
How do you import messages from other PMS systems? The release notes show there is an importer, but I cannot find how to use it.
Also, is there any documentation other than the FAQ for UDDEIM?

You will find a lot documentation in Ch.9 (uddeIM FAQ).

I have read the entire Chapter 9 in the FAQ. That discussion references an import script. Where is the script? Is it a backend admin function or just a PHP script somewhere?

When you have used one of the mentioned PMS then you should find an import tab in uddeIM backend. If not you can enable it again (see FAQ).

All what you have to do is to click on import tab and there click on link "IMPORT" but only one time From which messages system do you want import messages?
