I know this is a silly newbie question Menu Help!

I'm new to Joomla - learning slowly

I've got a website running and I'm using Kunena and uddeIM as the PM system.

I've got the Kunena menu to point uddeIM and it opens in the parent. I've created a PM menu which to attached to uddeIM but when I select module assignment I can't see uddeIM module.

Is there anyway of adding a menu to the uddeIM module so the user can click back to the forum.

No, there is no option for that.

You can (and should) add a menu to your Joomla template that points to uddeIM.

Thanks for getting back to me, its my fault for not explaining it better. I am using Joomla menu system (see attached pic) What I would like to do is add a sub menu to uddeIM, the grey menu, and have it point back to the forum. Is that possible?

The grey menu is not from uddeIM so I cannot help you in that case.

The UddeIM menu is e.g. "Inbox Outbox Archive Trash Settings Compose" and you cannot add an entry there, too.
